Guide to buying tickets

Beware of fake concert tickets!

If your ticket is fake, you will be refused access to the concert. Japan's Institute of Concert Promoters Association introduced the Official Ticketing Members (OTM) mark to ticketing operators/vendors in 2008.

The mark indicates the ticket is from an official ticket source and is displayed in stores or the top of the screen of the website promoter.

It's designed so buyers can identify that the vendor is a regular ticket concert promoter and a member of the association and sells only legitimate tickets. Keep in mind, this means the outlet regularly sells tickets, so for example despite selling tickets to the Paul McCartney concerts, the Beatles Fan Club did not/ does not have the mark.
